Typical Application Process
  1. Print: The design is printed directly onto the "A" Film (the glossy PET film) using UV ink in a mirrored format. White ink is printed as a base, followed by a layer of varnish for protection and pop.
  2. Laminate: The printed "A" Film passes through the printer/laminator unit, where it is bonded to the "B" Film (the adhesive film).
  3. Cut: The laminated roll can be cut into individual decals using scissors or a vinyl cutter.
  4. Apply: The "B" Film liner is peeled off, leaving the printed decal with the adhesive exposed, which is then pressed firmly onto the target object and rubbed smooth. The top "A" Film is then peeled away, leaving only the ink and adhesive behind.
